Wise and Associates serves my condo complex. I have had a number of occasions to contact Wise and Associates and on each occasion I have had prompt, efficient and professional responses and satisfaction. I recently emailed the office to report that an important exterior clubhouse light was burned out. It was quickly replaced. During an afternoon storm last year, a rather substantial tree in my neighbor's yard was uprooted. I immediately called the office. Within an hour after the storm had blown over, workers arrived to cut up the tree and take it away. So, whether the need has been small or large, I have experienced helpful and responsive solutions to whatever issue was at hand. I have been grateful for the help and support of Wise and Associates.

Although I feel most of my neighbors would agree with my evaluation of Wise & Associates I and only I am fully responsible for these comments. My wife and I have lived in two gated and one open community. When the developer gave residents full control of our open community we realized that professional assistance was necessary. After interviewing several candidates it was apparent that W&A was the best fit and were very capable of providing the services we required.
With their help a sound financial program was developed, vendors evaluated and selected, insurance needs evaluated, plus other needs all communities face. Most communities have special needs and ours involve one large and three small lakes. These needs were evaluated and plans were made so the needs of the community and the government would be met. W&A is especially strong in providing executive service to the Board and Committees. When decisions are made they are implemented and enforced by W&A under the general direction of the Board. Words that describe their delivery of services include tactful, kind, friendly, efficient, prompt, competent, and supportive.
When you realize you need professional help with the many problems your planned community face give W&A the opportunity to present what they have to offer Should W&A be your choice you will be pleased and you will agree with me, W&A do good work..

In our dealings with Wise and Associates we have found them to be responsive, courteous, and very professional whether the issue is financial, a question concerning policy, or a request for maintenance. Our calls and e-mails have been answered quickly, and we’ve been given helpful information. The people they have recommended have been dependable and services reasonably priced. Requests for maintenance have been promptly addressed.

Our homeowner’s association board of directors has worked with Wise and Associates for four years now. It has been quite an education for us as board members. Most people, who first sit on homeowners association boards, have some ideas about property management. But we found there is much to learn from a professional management company like Wise and Associates. Their extensive management experience helped us avoid insurance and liability pitfalls that our board did not anticipate. We received very good counsel about future needs and how we could meet the cost of replacing and maintaining common areas in our complex. Joe Wise, of Wise and Associates, has been very responsive to our needs. We have talked to Mr. Wise about parking concerns, refuse removal, yard maintenance, drainage and other issues. Association management firm…what a brilliant idea. Where were you 3 years ago!
Since hiring Wise and Associates, it has freed up an enormous amount of my time.
I no longer have to be around on Fridays to write a check.
I no longer have to make endless trips to town to pick up our accounting.
I no longer have to spend endless hours sending late notices.
I no longer spend endless hours on the phone to homeowners.
