About Our Homeowners Association Management Company
Meet Joe:
General Manager, Joe Wise, CMCA, understands the needs of his clients. As a resident of a condominium community, Wise was struck by the lack of professionalism and civility of annual meetings. Trained and internationally experienced as a business administrator and manager of business and corporate communication, he knew things could, and should be different. When elected to the board he committed himself to communicate with homeowners, and provide accuracy and transparency in reporting the administrative and financial details of the community– these same commitments to quality and professionalism drive Wise and Associates today.
Joe has a bachelor's degree from Milligan College. He has done additional graduate work at East Tennessee State University and the Emmanuel School of Religion both of Johnson City.
Joe is credentialed as a CMCA., Certified Manager of Community Associations. To obtain and maintain the CMCA certification, a manager must complete the comprehensive course work, pass a national certification examination, adhere to the CMCA standards of professional conduct and take continuing education courses to recertify.
Meet Karen:
Community Association Manager, Karen Wise is attentive to the details of association management. As a former educator she understands the patience and perseverance employed during the unexpected events that occur in the everyday life of neighborhoods, their residents and community associations. Her activity within the administrative systems and processes that Wise and Associates provide serve to support the daily tasks necessary for effective homeowner associations. Additionally the services of Wise and Associates can anticipate and ease the challenges that board members will face.
Karen has both bachelors and masters degrees from Milligan College.
Joe and Karen reside in Johnson City, TN and have two sons.
Meet Nathan:
Community Association Manager, Nathan Flora is ready to respond to the dynamic needs and experiences of homeowners. As a former college administrator and chaplain he possesses a broad scope of practical, technical and relational skill. These qualities enable him success in navigating the complex but enriching task of leading volunteers in variety of projects, committees and events. Serving as a board member in a planned unit development provides him unique insight into the diverse partnerships that form in order to achieve the common goals of community associations.
Nathan has a bachelor's degree from Milligan College and a master degree from the Emmanuel School of Religion of Johnson City.
Nathan resides in Kingsport, TN with his wife and two daughters.
Joe recently served as President of the Kiwanis Club of Johnson City
