Community Association Manager Position at Wise Property Solutions

Wise Property Solutions seeks a self-motivated individual with proven leadership abilities, strong verbal and written communication skills, and a dedication to delivering high-quality services to boards and residents. The ideal candidate should thrive in a dynamic field, be capable of working with limited supervision, and be a team player. As a Community Association Manager with Wise Property Solutions, your responsibilities will include overseeing a portfolio of associations. We require a reliable, detail-oriented individual who can handle the day-to-day operations of various properties and effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

As a Community Association Manager with Wise Property Solutions, your responsibilities will include overseeing a portfolio of associations. We require a reliable, detail-oriented individual who can handle the day-to-day operations of various properties and effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities (not exhaustive):

​

1. Manage the day-to-day operations of properties within your portfolio.
2. Provide management expertise to associations, collaborating with the board of directors, and offering daily service to unit owners and board members as required.
3. Collaborate with property assistants, bookkeepers, and vendors to deliver services seamlessly and efficiently.
4. Be available 24/7, including holidays and weekends, to respond to emergencies.
5. Develop and monitor property budgets aligned with the financial goals of the board of directors.
6. Secure and negotiate bids from vendors, communicating them to the board.
7. Prepare and distribute board packets in a timely manner.
8. Attend mandatory board meetings and special sessions.

Qualifications:

​

1. Five years of management or accounting-related experience.
2. Ability to negotiate with service-providing vendors.
3. Proficient in preparing annual budgets and explaining financial statements.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of TOPS 2000 is a plus (but not required).
5. Physical ability to inspect common areas both indoors and outdoors.
6. Effective written and oral communication skills.
7. Ability to maintain professional relationships with clients, including board members, homeowners, and vendors.
